The 4th bullet of section 8.1.3 Verifying Assertions, it mentions "The IdP sends a "VERIFY" message (Section 5.6.5.2.2) to the IdP proxy context." It is not correnct. It should be that the RTCPeerConnection sends a "VERIFY" message rather than Idp.
