In the "Goals" section of the fetch living standard at http://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/, there is a wording issue. This is the text:

"In due course, it should also help clarify the semantics of CSP and make provide a model to hook offline networking into."

"make provide" are synonyms in this context. "make" should probably be deleted, leaving the text as:

"In due course, it should also help clarify the semantics of CSP and provide a model to hook offline networking into."
