http://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#basic-fetch [[ "about" ]] Should the definition of also say that the user agent can optionally support other data, like about:config, etc.? Or is that out of scope for this section? Just wasn't clear how this section relates to typing "about:whatever" into the address bar - if it relates at all.
I think we should maybe treat that as a user agent extension to the address bar. E.g. if you <img src=about:config> it should not work. Same for <iframe>. Maybe <a href=about:config> ought to work when targeting the top-level browsing context but then it'd be some kind of special case when navigating.
Ok, so maybe make it clear that this section applies to Documents and that UA address bars can support different things? It was not entirely clear to me what the scope of fetch was (i.e., that it doesn't apply to typing a URL into the address bar).
