The effect of the built-in template rules for on-no-match="shallow-copy" and for on-no-match="shallow-skip" is not well specified in the case of items other than nodes.

As instructed at the F2F, I have written text to clarify the effect of the different values for on-no-match; in nearly all cases the information was already there but depended on very careful reading.
