In the HTTP section... It's confusing in the simple header definition what value corresponds to what header or if those values can be used in any simple header? It might be better to use a table or something that more clearly shows the relationship between the headers and the values.
It's supposed to say the same as http://www.w3.org/TR/cors/#simple-header although with somewhat more precision. So only for Content-Type is there a restriction on the value.
