Description Cyril Concolato 2013-05-21 10:01:52 UTC
Section 3, definition of "sequence":
"...a new offset is need*ed* to make ..."

Section 3.5.1 sequence start time definition: the sentence does not make sense:
" It is use to handle discontinuities, placing media segments adjacent to "segments" mode appends, and placing media segments in the presentation via timestampOffset." Please rephrase.
Comment 1 Cyril Concolato 2013-05-21 10:03:25 UTC
Also step 8 of the Coded Frame Processing uses a confusing style:
"If discontinuity flag equals true:
If last decode timestamp for track buffer is set and decode timestamp is less than last decode timestamp:
If last decode timestamp for track buffer is set and the difference between decode timestamp and last decode timestamp is greater than 2 times last frame duration:"

It is not clear that this an 'or' statement with 3 parts.
