although stuff is obsolete still needs mapping defined/documented

Have added initial table for obsolete elements, excluding non-standard elements bgsound, blink, marquee, multicol, nextid, nobr, noembed, spacer. Haven't filled in the actual mappings at this point.

Since the elements are obsolete, I'm not sure about needing to include the HTML4, HTML5, and ARIA columns. Any thoughts?

The obsolete properties table still to do. It's going to be rather hefty.

Initial table for obsolete attributes now added.

Closing bug as defining the mappings is ongoing work.
