In 4.8.1 "The img element",
under the IDL attribute 'complete',
in the bullet-list of conditions,
the first says (emphasis added):
    Both the src attribute and the srcset attribute/s/ are omitted.

It should probably either say
    the src attribute and the srcset attribute
or
    the src and srcset attributes
