Hello!

Thanks for the revision of the XSLT-2.0 recommendation! In
http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/PER-xslt20-20090421/#schema-for-xslt I noticed that the characters shown for the default (in @default) of the "per-mille" sign are (probably) not the intended ones.

Thankyou, yes, there seems to have been an encoding error when assembling the specification for publication. The free-standing copy of the schema at http://www.w3.org/2007/schema-for-xslt20.xsd does not have this error.
