Per discussion at Audio WG f2f 2013-03-26 There is a use case for shared audio buffer between audioContexts: a large sample library, for instance, should be sharable and not re-(down)loaded in memory for each context.
The text "An AudioBuffer may be used by one or more AudioContexts." already exists in the AudioBuffer section.
