Rule 2 of "any other end tag" appears to be too strict; probably should be "If

ASCII case insensitive manner ... "  This covers the case with SVG
foreignObject and other similar elements.

Hm, good point. It's not that it's too strict, it's that right now there's no way to close one of the elements whose tag names are camel case.

Anyone disagree with this parser change?

Checked in as WHATWG revision r7883.
Check-in comment: <feBlend></feBlend> would be a parse error before. Oops.
