Description Tim Mills 2013-02-20 10:45:42 UTC
The specification states:

"The $option-name string must have the form of a QName; the QName is expanded into a name using the namespace declarations in-scope for the expression"

but it is not clear what the behaviour should be when this is not the case. Should it raise err:XD0033 (the only error associated with this function), or something else?

I presume err:XD0023
