This will probably depend on the URL spec and the Web Origin spec. Right now it's not clear to me what the 'host' of the origin tuple will be, exactly, if a document's URL's host portion is an IPv6 address.

Ok, I've made this a bit clearer. Right now it doesn't attempt to define "is an IPv4 or IPv6 address" which might be problematic, but I'll wait til there's an actual problem before trying to solve that.
