The "token" datatype should exclude #xD (in addition to #xA) in the lexical and 
value space.

The WG resolved that the commentator is correct; Datatypes editors to draft an 
erratum.

March 28: erratum approved and to be added to errata doc.

Erratum E2-17 added to errata doc.
