Description Léonie Watson 2013-01-20 18:13:56 UTC
The following text from section 4.11.1 describes conflicting behaviours when the open attribute is absent on the details element:

"When the element is created, if the attribute is absent, the details should be hidden; if the attribute is absent, the details should be shown."

The text should read:

"When the element is created, if the attribute is absent, the details should be hidden; if the attribute is present the details should be shown."
