load dialog refreshing after submitting a comment

The response time for comments is extremely slow (up to 12 seconds) for comments to load, even when there are no comments.

Also, when submitting replies or new comments, the entire comment list reloads, rather than just loading the new comment, which adds to the experience of slowness.

fixed it with memcache

It does appear fast enough to me. Just a second or two wait which is acceptable. Closing this issue. Of course, reopen later if it persists or returns.
