This does need some discussion beforehand, but we should mobilise a group soon to start going through all the move/delete page candidates and working out where to move them to, or if they should be deleted. Note that this does include Guide pages - as noted on http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Content/Topic_Hierarchy, Guides and Concepts should be merged, as we don't need both (they are functionally very similar). Therefore, all pages in the "Guides" space should be moved to appropriate "Concepts" locations. Move candidates and Deletion candidates should be searchable, but http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/Special:SearchByProperty/High-level_issue/Merge_Candidate for example doesn't seem to work at the moment.
That URL doesn't work due to URL escaping. This [1] link works though. All you need to do is change the escaped hyphen in High-level to an actual hyphen then search again for it to work. Reverting this bug's platform to All, as experience happens on all platforms.
