guides/the basics of html/<cc>
guides/the html head/<cc>

...where <cc> is a country code, I assume boilerplate links to solicit translations. Can they be removed as unnecessary?

That section of content is currently the test bed for translations and how they will work.

Let me see if I can't get Doug's attention here to let us know if they can be removed.  I would assume not since it is the place they are testing with.
