+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #20077 +++

In Section "5.1.6 Using the microdata DOM API" in the final example after "...it would result in the following output:" the <ul> list is incorporated in another <ul> list with one <li>. That outer <ul> list is not necessary for the document markup.
