Trying to add new info from the CSS Regions spec to the following:

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/css/properties/break-before
(-after & -inside)

The spec clarifies that the properties are targeted for visual media, but the legacy content specifies paged media. With popup list, there's no way to accommodate both categories.  Many CSS properties apply in both media contexts.

For now CCS Regions is future tech so we need to figure out where to put it for now.  I will look into it once I am back online in a bit.
