add X-W3C-Validator-Warnings header

The validation response contains header for X-W3C-Validator-Status, X-W3C-Validator-Erros. I was looking for X-W3C-Validator-Warnings which is available for the W3C HTML validation but not here for CSS validation.

Not a big issue, patch attached.
