Description Sandy Gao 2005-09-07 04:21:29 UTC
The pargraph beginning with "The CCYY field..." should be changed to: "The CCYY
field must have at least four digits, the MM, DD, hh, mm and ss fields exactly
two digits each (not counting fractional seconds); leading zeroes must be used
if the field would otherwise have too few digits."

An erratum E2-5 was added which corrects this typographical error.
