Added logos for Fullscreen, URL, and Fetch (thanks to Simon Sapin for the idea).

Still need ideas for DOM, XHR, DOM Parsing, MIME / MIME Sniffing.

Notifications API is going to be a "!". Making it now.

All specs except HTML have their own logos now.
