Anything HTML4 specific should be removed from the HTML tutorials and concepts.  

A page needs to be made to put the obsolete and depreciated information in for reference.  It will also include current solutions to get the same effect of what has been removed.

It would be *awesome* if we could get permission from WhatWG to use the content from their page [1] on obsoleted elements and their solutions.

To clarify the report.

We need to go through the tutorials and concepts and rewrite things that refer to how thing were in the pre-HTML5 days and make it be as clear as possible as to what is *currently* proper.

Comment 1 referred to getting a page setup for depreciated/obsolete/changed things, that should actually be in another bug which I will open later.
