A number of times today when I've edited a page, after the edit submits the page I am taken to does not reflect the changes I made. Even using the browser's refresh (or shift-refresh) button doesn't fix it. Only hitting the "Refresh" MediaWiki button on the page will fix it.

I've observed this on many pages, but most recently on http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Implementation_Patterns.
