key id has been mentioned for many times in EME specification, key and key id pair, key id in initialization data, but we are not clear about the key id's definition, who create key id, and key id should be used in which entity, UA or CDM, and how to update and match with key.

Also there is content id in specification of intitialization which is not described.

I think this is background information that is outside the scope of the specification. Maybe it can be addressed in the primer that has been discussed. Any objections to resolving as WORKSFORME?
