We need a guide to moderating the QA as brought up in the IRC. It should include: 1) How to actually do mod tasks. 2) What is acceptable moderation. (i.e. Moderating to what is on-topic and not by personal choice of what you think is allowed.)
Made a quick start for this quickstart. I'll see if I can work this out later this week.
