A lot of the great information available in http://dev.w3.org/html5/markup/ is generated from the RelaxNG schemas available at http://syntax.whattf.org/relaxng/ (under MIT license).

It would great to import that info into WebPlatform.org (esp if bug #19500 is implemented and we end up using the same template as the markup spec).

I can probably help creating the wiki markup from the relaxng schemas once we have the wiki-markup template defined for it.

I'm closing this bug report out but referencing it as a possible solution to 19500.
