When checking http://dev.w3.org/html5/markup/style.css the CSS Validator emits this error:

  (line 803) Unknown pseudo-element or pseudo-class ::marker [marker]

The "::marker" pseudo-element is part of  the CSS3 Lists WD:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-lists/#marker-pseudoelement
