The Getting Started Guide [ http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Getting_Started ] or perhaps a new page for content submission rules (which I don't really see the need for since the guide is enough) should have rules for image submissions.  Like you shouldn't post entire desktop resolution screenshots, cut out *just* the needed content.  That way massive images aren't being uploaded/served for no reason

I believe I have completed this by adding an Images section to the Style Manual [ http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Style_Manual ].

Thanks Garbee! I have updated the section to add a few more details, but i think this one can be closed now.
