Reported from another user, they attempted to register with a domain that they created themselves and reported that they could only register with popular domains, such as gmail. Not sure if this was intended but just wanted you guys to know!

I am registered with my personal domain (garbee.me) and have no issues. Perhaps it was just an issue at launch?
