Piwik does not record page titles for Forums and Blog. URLs are recorded properly. 

It seems to be a v1.8.4 issue, see here (http://forum.piwik.org/read.php?2,93876).

The fix is now in the piwik tracker.  There is a MySQL query to run to fix it or it can be done simply by upgrading to the latest (1.9 at the moment) Piwik.  

Could this be done to clear the bug out and get better reports?
