The copyright and privacy policies should be linked, at least from the front page and the "Policies" section. They should also be made non-editable by the general public.

Is this a dupe of Issue 19325 ?

Also, Wendy can we link to

from within the Copyright page in an obvious place? We have a lot of great info there that is directly related to licensing that should be more closely aligned.

This and 19325 are distinct bugs.  This one says we should like to our overall privacy and copyright policies.  '325 says each page should indicate its copyright status. (In reply to comment #1)

I have added added links to the landing page and the main wiki page.

I have also protected the pages from edits except by admins.

Please reopen if more links are needed.
