We should make it easy for people to discover that they're free to re-use WPD material. Do we want to include a CC logo and link? How about using the CC graphic in the footer, see https://creativecommons.org/choose/ ?

I've added an image and link to the CC-BY license on the page footer.

I've also added a smaller CC-BY-SA logo and link to the external attribution template, visible here:
