Only one location should list the javascript tutorials, either: javascript/tutorials or tutorials/javascript. Once that decision is re-finalized, the location that was not picked should either be deleted or flagged as a merge candidate.

Marking as critical since we need to have some focus on content categorization.

javascript/tutorials makes the most sense to me for them to be placed.

I simply marked the page as a merge candidate. It can be figure out once we go through those flags.
