Note it points to wikipedia markup help. 

2. Got to: The Getting Started guide <http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Getting_Started#References>

Note it points to mediawiki markup help.

Expected: one comprehensive list of resources for proper markup specific to webplatform.org

Actual: multiple, incomplete references to markup

For now, I've just put a link to the mediawiki help page in both locations, to make things less consistent (one place also has a link to the wikimedia cheat sheet, which is also quite useful.)

I will review the IA of the guides/help info soon, and try to improve things in that regard. See https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19342.
