Sometimes, pages are loading with the set of flag check-boxes and comment textarea on top. That doesn't look right. 

Also, the text is misspelled: 
"Your reply to follwing comment:"

Screenshot attached. (Happens sporadically in both Chrome and Firefox.)

Never had that happen to me.

The typo is still there, though. As this seems to be a custom extension, I'm not sure what the update policy here is (upstream repo is private).
