General issues:

Login rollover brings empty drop down
http://talk.webplatform.org/forums/ 
  - orange panel on RHS with text "Community-driven questions and answers" appears chopped off at the top
  - Recent questions and answers is misaligned with its icon
  - Send feedback link in footer is styled incorrectly
  - Powered by Question2Answer in footer is styled incorrectly
  - Highlights the blog menu item
  - "Asking a question" button has a text-shadow of white
  - "Please log in or register to vote" chopped off on the RHS

Paul, would you mind breaking this up into separate bugs?  I think if you break it into the 6 or 7 different groupings you have below, that should suffice.  Some are different pri and we should track them separately.
