Map out a decision tree for where to place content to make it easier  for authors to figure out how to contribute.

Marking hackathon high-priority tasks as Critical so they stand out in the list (even though they're technically P2)

http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/WPD:Getting_Started currently contains a flowchart outlining the ways people can contribute. I'll consider that a fix for this bug, it can be reopened if needed.
