There are some issues with the breadcrumbs at the moment and we should remove the additional dropdown navigation from the breadcrumbs before launch.

I rewrote the breadcrumbs extension to remove the dropdown navigation, which means it doesn't need to hit the database anymore.

After launch, we will fix the extension and redeploy it, once we have all the bug resolved.
