1) go to http://docs.webplatform.org/wiki/css/properties/font-weight
2) see "Compatibility Section" in the righthand TOC
3) click it
4) don't go anywhere.

(early submit. sorry)

One, I'd rather we drop this " Section" text from the TOC.  It's needless and makes it harder to read and navigate.

Two, the actual anchor link doesn't resolve and thus the TOC action fails.
