We should make sure the analytics solution (Piwiki?) is turned on before we launch.

Site analytics is already in place and measuring docs.webplatform.org. We need to add the sites
* talk.webplatform.org/forums
* blog.webplatform.org
as soon as the skins are in place (a tracker code needs to be put in)

Forum and Blog are now tracked as well. Also removed the index.html, so that Piwik can now be called easier.
