Add some guards to make pageshow/pagehide events always fire consistently. This makes it easier to be sane around quick-fire navigation during unload, etc, also. This will apply the following WHATWG patch: https://github.com/w3c/html/commit/a66037deb52ddf60112ac3b977e48694fdc671d6
