The site is currently using 

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,initial-scale=1,minimum-scale=1,maximum-scale=1"/>

whihc is really bad for a11y. Is there any reason we can't just replace this with 

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">
