You may have inadvertently offended the good populace of New Zealand and its
considerable number of ex-pat.	

In clause 2.2 "Conformance requirements", use of the word "kiwi" appears in
the two examples.

The KIWI is a bird that is now flightless.  It has feathers.
The word "KIWI" is in many english-speaking nations use to denote an
inhabitant of New Zealand.

What you intended to say would have been correct if you had used the term
"KIWI-FRUIT" (or Chinese Gooseberry).

I recommend that you review that clause and remove the unintended offence.

I spoke to some New Zealanders and they said it wasn't offensive, so I think we're good.
