When the user attempts to attach a "lost" comment to a new section, it's always attached to "Overview" (the first section?).  It should be attached to the proper section.

Also, the new rebased comment doesn't immediately appear in the list of all comments.


I don't think we need a separate tab for lost comments... they should all be at the bottom of the "All Comments" tab in a "Lost Comments" section, and should also indicate the former section name they were listed under (to make it easier to rebase them).

That was the highest priority. We can fix the other stuff later.

Seems to be right in the current state of things.

If there is something in this report that hasn't been fixed then please file a specific issue in the new system.
