Description Doug Schepers 2012-09-26 18:56:56 UTC
When the comments dialog is open, and the user scrolls to another comment area, then clicks on the "comments" link there, there is no noticeable result (though the comments dialog is updated with the new comments area). The comments dialog should move to the visible page area.
