Some types of content (e.g. Editorial blocks) shouldn't show to logged-out users. Ideally there would be a CSS class we could add to content that is set to display:none, but only for logged-out users.

Moving pri 1 since it seems the fallback is we have to remove some content... ugh.  Infra.

This requires basically a separate spreadsheet for logged-in users, which is non-trivial.

This is not a requirement for launch; dropping to P2.
