The event fired with the click() method should have its isTrusted event set to

"False" is the default, it turns out. Which means that actually the problem is that nothing was setting it to true in all the cases that it should have been true...

Checked in as WHATWG revision r7437.
Check-in comment: Define when events are trusted and when they're not. Hopefully I got all the places that create and dispatch events...
