Description contributor 2012-07-23 08:45:45 UTC
Specification: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/states-of-the-type-attribute.html
Multipage: http://www.whatwg.org/C#checkbox-state-(type=checkbox)
Complete: http://www.whatwg.org/c#checkbox-state-(type=checkbox)

Comment:
Why is the color state being restricted to a simple color, given that other
parts of the HTML5 spec a pushing for more complex colours by introducing
rgba()? What about colourblind users, the spec does not provide any simple
accessability functionality for them e.g. the input field should show the HEX
value of the color at all times, rather than the current implementations which
show a featureless coloured box.

Please file just one issue per bug.

I don't understand the first sentence's question.
The second sentence is incorrect, browsers can do whatever they want in the UI.
